Yes. They're the first kind of mech to use a neural control system, specifically. I suspect they're similar to the http://armoredcore.wikia.com/wiki/Muscle_Tracer in that as far as modern mechs (like the CPIS-powered units we have) are concerned, they're basically cannon-fodder.

Letting the others know what he's got planned Johann calls out, "I'll flank and hit the southernmost NT." Meanwhile the Machinegun NT, the Tanks and the Machinegun trucks fire on Barqa and only a few of the trucks manage to hit him, while the Rifle NTs and Rocket trucks switch their aim to Johann, but fail to score any hits.

Them moment you get near to camp A1 you get off of your trailer and as soon as you are on steady ground you start aiming with your Artillery Cannons. Taking aim at one of the groups of Trucks you fire a salvo of six rounds which fall short and fail to cause any damage whatsoever.
Mech: Starbanger

Move closer to the nt's so I can finish them off with melee. fire two more missiles at (near) stationary targets.

Description: A veteran warrior with a temper, got sick of fighting for the companies and went rogue. Although he has a short fuse the man is still far more intelligent than he looks
Ability: Jet charge [+2 to the first attack made against an enemy with the lance]
Continuing with your charge you fire off some more Missiles at the Tanks, which both slam into a single vehicle and moments after impact it detonates as its ammo cooks off, just then a spray of machinegun fire from the Trucks sweeps across your mech and several other rounds fly dangerously close and you barely manage to twist yourself out of the way of them.

Ability: Evasion Focus [Scaling/variable skill: Evasion Focus (3) = +3 evasion, -3 accuracy. Evasion Focus (5) = +5 evasion, -5 accuracy. Etc.]
Hearing Johanns plan you fire your Disruptor at the Southern NT, and unfortunately it just misses so you launch some missiles to follow up three of which strike it and shred off some of its armour.
Mech: Bloodhound "Delta"

Once again the Machinegun NT, Tanks and the Machinegun trucks fire on Barqa and while some of them are close to hitting him, his jet charge throws their aim off, while the Rifle NTs and Rocket trucks fire on Johann, and he too manages to avoid all of the incoming fire.

Slightly more careful with your aim you brace yourself more steadily before firing another salvo of six rounds that land roughly in the middle of the group of Trucks, unfortunately one of the seven Trucks emerges from the smoke cloud intact.

Finally getting up close and personal
Rounds whizzing past your mech, you engage your Jumpjets and swing your Lance out and it spears straight through the NTs frontal armour before punching all of the way out its back, it jerks for a moment before hanging limp, impaled on your Lance.

You re-set your aim on the NT and unleash another Beam, it tears into its Left side and it almost seems as if the NT is alright, before its ammo cooks off ripping its entire front open.

You boost forwards with your Jumpjets taking brief pauses to sprint and change direction to throw off what little incoming fire there is that would have otherwise possibly hit you.
