"...Could you mark it on a map for me? What road should I take? Would the military supply a car? Probably not, so are there any carriage rental services in town? Could you direct me to them? Also, could you tell Bezel where I went so she doesn't worry too much?"

Claire: "Carriage? Probably a full day of traveling. I don't know if there are any deer carriages in Meglunda, and it might be hard trying to find someone to drive you."

Claire: "One of the southern towns. Not the ruins to the west, I've never been there myself."

I'll go check in on Bezel."

Claire: "Kay."

You leave the warehouse and head back to the condo.

Unlocking the door and stepping in, you see that Bezel took over the living room - a large, white table takes up a large chunk of the space, covered with various HM components. Bezel herself is sitting by the table working on the guts of the construct, connecting parts and fabricating small components out of magic.

Bezel: "Assuming they provide any useful audio communication."

"I think they will. As far as Claire was able to find out, they have very... Orderly, deliberately-built cores. Architectural, even. Couple that with our experience with the Soundheads, and I find it quite likely they'd have some sort of audible language.

...At least audible before the artillery starts firing. Sheesh, the thought spooks me a bit."

Hmph. My action was both more descriptive and thematically accurate. Stop trying to birbblock me, HKU.
