EVENTS:

Rosa scans the water for any more threats. There are a few large fishlike creatures swimming between the buildings, as well as colonies of broodcrabs nesting in shaded areas, but the space next to the road is definitely dominated by the sunken dead and tentacles.


Meanwhile, Eigla checks the doll's vitals. No heartbeat (though many undead lack one, anyways), and the stasis pod's food/air tubes hide any signs of breathing. She shakes the doll, and the PI wire on the back of her neck comes loose with a light click.

The doll comes to life, coughing and struggling against her cocoon, blinking in surprise as the tube in her throat pushes against the side of her neck. She's still there!

EVENTS:


The doll looks up. Yup, there's a sky. It's, not a very nice sky, cloudy and stormy, but it's better than looking out into the void. There's, a... Truck? Is that how it's called? You'd never seen one before. It's, all so big. The buildings are very tall. And, there's people too? Weird people. There's this grimy-looking armored girl crouched over you, pulling at your vines. Wait, you have vines? You do! Wow. And look, there's some sort of, fish-person? She's huge! Like, very big. And, there's... Some blonde guy, looking all gloomy and spooky. His hands are tentacles.

...His hands are, very nice tentacles. You wonder if he's single.


Eigla attempts pulling at the cocoon, to no avail. Instead, she focuses her efforts on the input and waste hoses fixed to the doll's body, managing to pull them out with some effort. Well, at least she can speak now!
