The Fisherman extends a hand towards Langley.
Maxim: "Maxim Kapitanovich. Of no rank, no diploma, and no organization, but in command of a boat. That would make me 'Captain Captainson', in your tongue."
He lets out a hearty booming laugh while the Fencer stares at his hand for a moment, before finally accepting the shake.
Langley: "Charmed, Captain.
I'm going to get my ward refreshed before checking this crossbow too closely. I think I heard someone say the demon eye can be transmitted by writing now. If a cultist wanted to keep their sinful faith close, carved into a weapon would be as good a spot as any."
Gabriel: "Oh, yes, of course. Allow me..."
The Priest refreshes the wards of everyone present!
Maxim: "Much obliged, holy one..."
The Fencer walks back into the forest, and soon returns with a brace of crossbows, six total, and several quivers of bolts. The weapons seem to be devoid of any guild or craftsman’s mark, but look well-constructed.

Heretic: ”Dunno.”
The Captain appears, unpleased.
Charlotte: ”They keep the mooks at an arm’s reach, eh? No loose ends if any of you lot get captured.”
The captive simply sniffs.
Charlotte: ”Reporting to someone lower in the ranks? Or maybe you do know.”
He stays silent.
