Turning and striding out of the smoke you move up and launch a cloud of smoke to cover Rumble.


TorrentHKU - Rumble

"YOOOOOOOOOU!" Screaming at the top of your lungs you turn and plow into the Prong to your Left, slamming it into the District wall where it stays as you back off and start pulling back from this hell, Driving past you fire your Canister Shot at the Powersuit HALT just hit.

Your shots go wide, instead bouncing harmlessly off the District Gate. Ignoring your miss you fire your Ag Caoineadh Iarainn at the other Prong whose Kinetic APS blasts one of your canisters out of the air, well hopefully that will block the advance of the Agravs as well. You then finally pull into the Cloud of smoke that Disco so helpfully provided.


TheKebbit - Gazer

Turning away from the giant crater you move up through the Garrison and have your sensors scan for the Troopers that are hiding somewhere in there it throws out a series of thermal spikes, taking aim at the first of them your finger hovers over the trigger for the briefest moment, before you pull it.

Your guns blast a volley of fire into the buildings second floor, sweeping left to right. After giving your Thermals a moment to adjust you don't see anything that's big enough to be alive in the floor the Troopers were located in. Leaving that be for now you track your aim down the street with your XFEL, ready for anything that comes down it for which you are rewarded by all of the agravs zipping through, you open up on the Bramble.

The beam goes wide and a chunk of pavement is glassed by it. As the Agravs zip around the corner you catch the telltale glimmer of an active shield on all of them, that's odd... could have sworn Scipio took down the shield on one of the Ponies, shouldn't it still be resetting about now?


DSMK2 - HALT

Moving up to support Rumble you round the corner and fire on the infantry with your AP Laser.

Sweeping your beam across them you cut down the Troopers and burn into the plating ofd one of the Powersuits but it's still pretty much intact. Switching targets you aim at the Prong Rumble didn't Ram and fire.

[Rocket Pod] 80+50-25-6:99 - 2 44 70

Your Particle Lance slams into its shields and they shatter from the impact allowing your Rockets to strike its Armour taking some chunks out of it. At which you pull away and fly over to the Route Swiss took, getting behind him in time to see him take some fire from infantry set up in a building.


CrazyMLC - Swiss

Calling out to Rumble as he screams incoherently "You're gonna be alright Rumble, we're on our way." You move forwards out of the clearing smoke cloud, driving up the street past the wreck of the Fiver pulling up to the last row of buildings your scanners throw up a host of warnings as a storm of fire comes your way.

You discharger swats an chunk of the rockets that were coming for you out of the air, but a few make it through alongside some autocannon shells, the shells are absorbed by your ablative plating but the first rocket proceeds to destroy it allowing the following two to hit armour, not much damage but still annoying. As smart as it is of them, those ♥♥♥♥ hiding in the buildings is getting old real fast.

CaveCricket48 - Disco

You walk back to the East, and unable to see any enemies to fire on you have to suffice with watching Swiss take a bunch of fire from the Agravs, at which you pop smoke to cover him.


TorrentHKU - Rumble

Kicking into reverse you power backwards, refreshing the cloud of gas as you go, once past the final hab-building you have a scan of the north, but don't spot any hostiles. Area clear you move back and swing around, eyes out to the east.


TheKebbit - Gazer

Moving around the outer wall of the Garrison you take aim at the building to the southeast, and after a few moments of scanning spot where the Toropers are holding out and open fire.

Your barrage of fire shreds through the windows of the building, The troopers barely have a moment to realise they're being fired upon before they've all been pulverised. Infantry taken care of, you move up to take position alongside Disco.



DSMK2 - HALT

Calling out to your Team "Hope we know what're doing!" you pull back and set your on-board AI to fire on anything approaching, only for Disco to block your view with smoke, really makes you wonder if you do know what you're doing?


CrazyMLC - Swiss

Taking a moment to figure out how the hell you can try yo blend in, you go for the only real option you have, stepping on the accelerator and praying, it doesn't seem to work that well as the Agravs open fire on you.

The Laser fire sweeps across your hull, warming the plating just in time for the Particle Lance to punch through, dealing some minor damage to our internals. Returning fire with your machinegun is rather ineffective, your shots going low and tearing into the pavement. Finishing your move back you get a cloud of smoke launched onto your position.

Move 3 North, pop a Cannon shot into the building with infantry and mow them down with the 8mm

CaveCricket48 - Disco

Moving around the side of the buildings you take aim at the Building housing the Troopers and fire.
[100mm Cannon] 80+40-45:75 - 60
[8mm Machinegun] 80+40-45:75 - 48 51 17 10 42 37 100 51 29 13

Your Cannon shell slams into the bottom right corner of the bulding, at which it wobbles for a moment before starting a ungraceful collapse. You fire a stream of machinegun fire into it as it falls, you'd be pretty shocked if there was anything left alive in the heap of rubble left after it finishes collapsing.


TorrentHKU - Rumble

Powering around the corner you drive forwards, as you enter the open space you suddenly notice something on your sensors.
[100mm Cannons] 80+20-25:75 - 18 70 24
A trio of Cannon shells slam into your armour, stripping a reasonably small amount. Ignoring the Sumats you continue on, rounding the corner and immediately taking fire.
[4MW Lasers] 80+50-25-10:95 - 71 39 20 25 56 45
[12MW Particle Lance] 80+50-25-10:95 - 3
[10mm Auocannon] 80-25-25:30 - 35 39 20 32 67 79 33 30
[50mm Rockets] 80-25-25-25:5 - 75 16 45 80 65 56 15 79

The Agravs do all of the real damage, Lasers and Particle Lance heating your armour up just as it had cooled back down, the Autocannon shells that hit still bounce off your plating though, good to know its still solid against something. Shrugging off the fire you as best you can you fire a salvo of Deora and open up with your Canister Shot.
[30mm Canister Shot] 80-15-45:20 - 48 84 12 35 95 71 7 79 95 9
You score a glacing hit on a Powered Armour but fail to take it down, then turn and retreat back ot your allies, only for the Sumats to move up and fire on you again.
[100mm Cannons] 80+20:100 - 73 5 17
They take more chunks out of your armour, you're really starting to feel the fire now.


TheKebbit - Gazer

You swing your chassis around and move up scanning for enemies, but you don't see any yourself, but that Rumble seems to be having any issues with finding hostiles.


DSMK2 - HALT

Calling out to Swiss "I'll be joining you" you fly up into the smoke with Swiss, ready to fire on anything that moves, but you can't really see anything through the smoke.


CrazyMLC - Swiss

You sit tight, waiting in the smoke as your armour cools a little, might be able to bring your shield up if you really need it now, would drop under even the barest suggestion of enemy fire though.
