Yeah, since Maarten hasn't actually posted looks like you're #6 for now.
Also you don't have to pick one skill from the tier, you pick the whole tier, and get everything in the tiers below it too. So you'd get all of Rare, Advanced, and Basic Telepathy.
Though Harmonics has really bad synergy with Telepathy so I don't recommend picking those two together.
