Post Mythological Phoenix (Modding Theme Entry: Fire) V1.1
This is my mod entry piece I have dashed together in time for the comp, so it is a bit rough around the edges.

This phoenix can breath firey wrath down upon anyone not burried 20 ft below the surface of the planet.

The phoenix can rest its wing when on the now ash covered ground.

If killed the phoenix will produce an egg which given enough time will hatch.

Version 1.1
- Much stronger, can resist small arms fire.
- Much longer flight time.

Hmmmm, where do I start?

The first thing I noticed, and probably the reason nobody else has commented yet, is that there is already a mod with a file named Phoenix.rte. I included a version of this mod with the name changed to PhoenixMyth.rte, so people can play it without any problems.

Then there's the fact that the Firebreathing does not work when using mouse-keyboard. A rather annoying discovery.

The phoenix itself is rather weak, and dies after 3 shots to the head, which isn't that hard to hit. And the flying is just ridiculously short, IMHO it would have been better to do the flying by lua aswell.

On the other side, the wing flapping is ingenious and well done. It looks natural. The sprite isn't that shabby either.

Well, I haven't replied because I was busy.

And yes the sprites are genius and the wing movement is pretty trippy.

And again, I think it needs to be slightly more powerful in terms of how much damage it can take and give.

Do you think you can make one for Ice or something?

Is it just me or do I smell Pokemon?

Hmm, very interesting, but Phoenix needs MOAR defense. How about other material?

Nice work, you should make one for each element. And also it's quite fragile so make it stronger that's all

Sprites are not bad. The wing flap animation is well done.

The thing that bothers me is that it's too weak, and its fuel is too low. It's a undying bird, it should be near indestructible on its own, and able to fly indefinitely. Oh, and it lags when too much fire is generated, though it could be a user problem (flame spam ftw).

This is a very interesting mod and it totally deserves a DL.
