Because hey might as well pun it up when said distribution makes it highly unlikely to get any title whatsoever. The approximate formula is "(daussian humor * daussian alcohol promille) - ♥♥♥♥ = percentage chance". The ♥♥♥♥ depends on how unfunny the title is, but typically brings the chance down to negatives. Daussian humor is a mysterious coefficient that nobody knows the exact value of.
