Is there a mailing list of everyone bought the game that will be used to distribute Steam codes? I've still got my Plimus receipt from '08 for the 'Support Data Realms Edition', if I need to submit that to whomever is in charge of licenses.

I also have a receipt containing an apparently useless key from 2008 and would like to redeem it for a Steam-compatible key!

Actually, there should be a 'License conversion' page somewhere on Data Realms, for getting an updated version of the license. It used to be licensing.datarealms.com.

When I enter my 2008 email address for "email" and 2008 registration key for "Password" and click "Login" the page refreshes with blank fields. It does this for Chrome, Firefox, and IE.

That suggests that you're entering them incorrectly. Try contacting scancode.

Additionally, your default password is probably the 'updated' key. I still haven't found the page to do that.

EDIT: okay, i clicked on the password reset button and "reset-ted" my new password to my email account, however, no messages came up.

EDIT2: Nevermind, by sure dumb luck, my laptop had the password saved on it. So now my issue has be solved.

So I bought cortex command but I can't get my Steam key for it
When I try to log in it says its the wrong password
When I try to change my password it says the email doesn't exist.
The email I used is still in use
I just deleted the email
