What gif editor do you use?
I had a, perfectly legal honest, copy of Jasc animation shop
but I uninstalled it

actually I've just had a look in ulead gif animator and I was getting confused, there are several different ways to optimize a .gif animation. There are quite a few options to play with in Ulead to get the size down.

Nooo! I liked the old one! also, some of the more ignorant people might get the wrong idea and think it was Hitler, which I have no problem with, however it turns you from a communist to a Nazi. also, i like still pictures much more.
