Post My shiney new sig!
How do you like my new sig I made it myself with Photoshop CS2.

Oh and I just noticed that it may look like some things are badly cut but here is the original render.

Yeah this topic is kinda spam (even though you were kidding)

So to make it not spam here is a link to a great photoshop tutorial site they give you everything you need to make really cool stuff in photoshop.

http://www.photoshopforce.com/

I just learned how to do this today.

Ignore this unless you want honest criticism.

I don't like it. Here's the problems:

1. The attempt at tech has NO blending or any attempt to as far as I can see. I suggest opacity adjustment of some sort.

2. The blue and black colors don't seem to go well with the render. The scan lines don't fit too well either on the grungy sig.

3. Grunge. Overused. Try another style.

4. The brushwork is pretty bad, as there's some parts that are completely undefined and just blank looking. Improve on that.

5. The render being bad doesn't give you any excuse. There are versions of that render that actually do not suck. I have one. Also, you used bevel or something to try to blend it it seems? The bevel doesn't look to great. Try to find another methood of blending it.

Damn that was quite harsh but thanks I will try to improve my skills.

I never said the render was bad though I just said if it looks like some parts of the render in my sig look like they are part of the background (from whatever game this is from) it was caused by the resize but it is an actual part of the guy.

I will stick with this sig for awhile thanks for the pointers though. :)

[Edit] I used the blur tool on the edges to get it to be smooth I hate it when it looks all edgy.
