It's a me-me originated in 4chan (AFAIK), concretely the "Random" (/b/) section of it.
It was an image showing Cell from Dragon Ball Z shooting a laser with that weird funny face we all love.

That originated quite a lot of variations of the me-me.

ytmnd has had plenty of original stuff in its own right. And I've never been a big fan of the whole shoop thing. I just searched for it and posted a couple results.

Even if that is true, it's not really a reason to delete a post.

Shoop-da-woop appeared first on 4chan, moved to ytmnd.com, then on to ebaums, and by then the internet was saturated with it.

not soFurther explanation: everything famous on the internet, including me-mes, end up in Ebaums World.
Examples: crazy german kid, AYBABTU, Shoop Da Whoop.

The sad part is that there are idiots who think EW is the first to redistribute them, when, as linongion said, the internet is already saturated with them.

That's because the instant that Ebaums gets a hold of whatever, they slap the Ebaums World watermark on it, patent it, murder the original creator, then copyright it.
