 Creating emitters on gibs
I would like to know if there is a way, and if it is possible to create an emitter on a gib of an object. for example: a rocket engine that gibs a fuel canister, and the fuel canister is spewing out fuel. I know you can make this happen once the gib is shot, but I would prefer if it just came out that way. Help is appreciated.

Just make it gib the fuel tank, and have a sharp particle come out in the same gib, and give the fuel tank an exitwound for your emitter.

I have tried that but it doesn't always work when there are multiple gibs... the fuel container would only be one part of the entire gibset.

make more particles, and sharper particles.
I usually prefer 1000000000 sharpness particles.

Well, using that hasn't worked out for me very well... is there another way around this then?

Yeah, the complex ACRocket leg breakwound emitter trick.
Download the Amrobotics' A-4 mod and check out the molebombs code.
