 Re: What's your RAM?
lolamd. I hope you like the space heater that is your CPU.
Also, lol @ 0.830TB of storage -- spread out amongst only two disks. Lern2RAID1.
One of those crashes, and you lose half of your storage and your data.
My 100GB x 5 RAID 5 array is way better than yours. It's only 500 GB, but I can treat it as a single hard drive, and a failure of one doesnt kill all of my storage.

 Re: What's your RAM?
A hard drive is a fickle thing (especially the hard drives of the average DRFF user (i.e. on almost 24/7 likely frequent read/writes)). When you really think about what is physically occurring, it's a wonder they work at all.
Most hard drives are lab rated to at least 70 years, but we all know that's not how it goes down in real life. Hard drives fail. Back up your data often, and store the backup in a physically separate location. Or get a RAID array. Those are nice. [envy]

The thing is, most hard drives dont crash due to design error. They are usually killed by operator error. Improperly plugged in, physical jarring, and improper mounting are the #1 killers of workstation hard drives.

 Re: What's your RAM?
Only 512 in here Still though its enough to run Gmod and morrowind at high settings. I plan on upgrading to 2gb after my Christmas check (lol) $200+ 2gb is like $110 plus a cheap $70 pcie graphics card the rest is for a lil ganja.
