I just bought a American Express Gift card and when i enter it it says "credit card declined" plz help me

Sure they are... at least, Visa Gift Cards are. I don't know about the American Express ones, but they should work the same. Triple check and make sure you entered in all the numbers exactly right.

Nobody takes american express... their rates are way too high.
