Re: MMO Discussion Thread (Ultima Online?)
You can talk to npcs to do business with them in UO as well. Though that's a pain, so no one really does. Besides, UO is so ridiculously deep... Buying a ship to explore new lands, finding treasure, becoming an expert smith so you may craft weapons and armor for players, becoming a carpenter to craft furniture for PLAYER OWNED HOUSES. That's only four of the dozens of skills in UO to make your living from too. Don't choose Tibia for one or two small features. Choose UO for the myriad of items, options, and play styles. Also its completely free. See: first post on page eight.

In tibia, you're forced to do it. I just yell no, though.

You can talk to npcs via chat in UO too. "Sibian, hello" would bring up the npc's talk menu. There's also tons of chat commands like I wish to secure this item I wish to consider my sins etc etc. UO is so much better than tibia it's a joke.

Re: MMO Discussion Thread (Ultima Online?)
Knight online has hackers. A lot of them. No offense to turkish people, but most of the hackers were turkish. I have proof. They ALL spoke turkish. There was a discussion once.
"Do you think the Turkish people complain about us on their forums?" "No. They just post your username and then it's hacked."

"Do you think the Turkish people complain about us on their forums?" "No. They just post your username and then it's hacked." I really didn't care about that. It'd be a lot of fun for us. But I hate it since they removed the only worth-while thing in it; first person.

Re: MMO Discussion Thread (Ultima Online?)
Sorry. I just had some bad experiences with that game. In Moradon, the beginner city, I was training with a friend. I was a ork because they have better magic stats. We saw another group training on a bit harder monsters. We came over to ask if we could join them. They said
"We don't train ORKS. Get out, ORK"

Just bots. LOTS of bots. And lots of Turks, too. Not that I have anything against them.

Re: MMO Discussion Thread (Ultima Online?)
Ultima online is going strong. We have a guildhouse we purchased recently after two whole days of hard work gathering 68k. Then we used alenth's 50k he gathered in 10 seconds as he is speedy gonzales. Pictures: Also after looking at them I noticed where the dartboard I put down went. It went to the second story. Odd.

Re: MMO Discussion Thread (Ultima Online?)
It needs a small expansion, like a room about half the size of the first floor with a corridor leading to it, with 2 doors, so i can keep all my useless bears and horses there just in case anyone needs a spare horse.
EDIT: I've found a giant beetle and it isn't tame, how do i subdue it?
EDIT2: "Do de dode do, just grinding taming oh look a black be- OHHOLYGODALEVIATHEN" "You have died"
EDIT3:I've decided to Re-roll a tamer because zenkerveski jig is gimped in stats, i really screwed him up on stats. Luckily i had only trained 0.1 skill in taming before i decided to do this.
