Does anyone have any offhand gunz or close combat weapons?

There's plenty, you just need to look a bit. DarKlone Technologies, for instance,
has three (If not more) weapons that can be wielded in the off-hand, and one great melee weapon.
Both of my mod packs (Pelian Army, Huge pack o' mods) also have at least one off-hand
weapon, and my huge pack also has an assault rifle with a bayonet (Tends to freeze game).
So yeah, look around, you'll find plenty.
