 my game wont turn on

Post my game wont turn on
evry time i turn my game on it starts loading then it gives me this message:

Abortion in file .\System\Reader.cpp, line 493, because:

Referring to an instance ('Civilian Tech') to copy from that hasn't been defined! in De.rte/Ghost.ini at line 39!

The last frzme has ben dumped to 'abortscreen.bmp'

i have to free edition and no idea what to do
