What is the name that I should change? Like is there a ini. that has the fps meter? Please help.

If you're trying to get your game to run faster, there's a reason the FPS is limited. It's because your computer can't handle going any faster.

That said, if you want to break crap, set "RealToSimCap" to something higher in Settings.ini

holding down the 1 key slows down the game, and the 2 key speeds it up.
