I mean really, the idea of having a whole bunch of mods in one single thread is actually pretty bad. There's no organization.

I mean really, the idea of having a whole bunch of mods in one single thread is actually pretty bad. There's no organization. I believe that the MMC is for one-shot mods. One thing that isn't going to be expanded or anything like that. It's a place for non-faction type things, while there are no real packs. Most of the things in this thread are like one, two or three things. To be honest, I think that this thread is a great idea if people use it and don't make a thread for "OMEGA CANNON" or something like that. If you're posting a pack with five or less total things in it (Including actors, weaps, ships. (Modules are an exception because they typically have no real use other than to be walked in or be a trap)). Use it right. It should be pretty obvious that a one actor/weapon mod should go here. /long post

Re: Minor Mod Compendium
Yeah, there are always going to be lesser quality mods, but I disagree with you that a mod has to have at least 5 items in it to deserve it's own thread. You can have perfectly awesome mods that are centered around just one thing. Personally, I don't think I've ever actually used a "faction" mod. I don't like the clutter. I'd rather have some smaller, unique mods.

Re: Minor Mod Compendium
I have an idea, why don't we elect a council to vote which mods deserve to be here, and which ones should go in Mod Making. That would be a great idea that has no chance of foul play or bias towards some modders, right guys? Am I right guys? ... Guys?

Re: Minor Mod Compendium
You expanded requests into a forum, why not expand this? You can either visit the mod releases, or the crappy mod releases.

People won't like their modding to be labeled as "crappy". Maybe there could be too different mod releases: -Beginner Mods -Advanced Mods That way, people can start modding in the beginner mods forum and get constructive criticism and suggestions on how to improve, then move on to advanced mods when they have the skill.

Yes, it's a bolt-operated shotgun.

Re: Minor Mod Compendium
I knew you and grenade would appreciate the Russian weapons. I will probably make some more; do either of you have any suggestions?
