Post Re: Axe Cop
First I see the gif with a cop taking out dafred with an axe swing and I'm like "kay, pretty cool." Then I go lower and theres some bean guy shooting stuff.

Finally I reach the gif with a T-Rex with massive autocannons and shades with the cop riding it and the dino spewing fire. At this point I just froze with big WTF written on my face and sat there watching it for atleast a whole minute trying to figure out what was going on.

Seriously this mod is hilarious, suprised me so well that I nearly fell of my chair. :-P
I just gotta try this.

The axe swings for you, but I just noticed that it doesn't always work for Mouse+Keyboard users unless the cursor is placed right over the actor. There's not much I can do to fix this, unfortunately - at least the axe still chops off heads, it just doesn't look as pretty.
Also, I think there may have been an outdated version uploaded. I re-uploaded the file, so hopefully Axe Cop Fire will work this time around.

Are you wondering about the gibbing itself, or actually finding the object to gib?

I think just the insta-gibbing.

I'm taking it has something like Gib-This in the lua somewhere.
Plus a whole lot of head related stuff to get just the head pop off.

Best mod i've seen in a while. THIS is what modding is about, making random crap about things you like. The chomping of soldiers is prety sweet, fire is really good too. I'd like a better axe, but hey. It's a good mod through and through.

Yes, but Axe Cop has only ever chopped off heads, and as such, the axe is programmed to do so.

Axe Cop Cortex Command Mod
A fan of Axe Cop who, so far I only know as "the Last Banana" in our forum, has created a mod for the online game "Cortex Command".

Check out these videos of Axe Cop characters in action. First, Wexter performs his super duper fast bite, breathes fire, flies, and blasts in machine guns. (machine guns are fast!)
Wexter
Here's Axe Cop chopping heads off, throwing lemon grenade bombs and then becoming Axe Cop FIRE with the help of his pet T-Rex.
Axe Cop
Flute Cop walks into battle with his flute, then he gets dinosauur blood on him, then he eats and avocado... then he throws grenades at Uni-Baby... you just gotta see it!

And of course the tossing of the horned child:

The game can be downloaded from the Data Realms website, and there is a free trial version that only limits how long a match can last, so anyone can play with the mod, even if they haven't bought the game.
To download the mod, people can visit the topic on the Data Realms forums for a download link. A guide on installing mods can be found here.
Mr. Banana says he may be adding more onto this mod later, but for now, it is basically some extra weapons and playable characters for the game. I give this man props. Comment on those youtube videos if you love them like I do. I don't have much time for video games, but seeing these in action still makes me giddy.
