I'm not the one to ask about that, having never tried them. A sitter would probably help, but at this point it's all speculation from me. I wouldn't expect it to matter how much you buy, if you take it slow enough to gauge yourself, and stop when you are comfortable.

Bit strong, but I wouldn't recommend against it if you're confident about it. It's mostly about how you feel about it. Dosage is something that only you can determine. I personally wouldn't hesitate letting you eat an eighth with me your first time.
