Well, if you're using B14, I honestly have no clue what it could be, because even downloading a fresh copy off these forums and installing it works fine for me...

That's most likely a fairly infamous bug. Just make a new empty folder with the name of the .rte, and copy and paste everything to the new folder and put it in the CC folder as normal.
